How NEAT runs it
We schedule rough cleans around your trade sequence, so crews show up when there's something to clean and stay out of the way of active work.
Disposal goes to your on-site dumpster. If haul-off is needed, it's priced per load or at T&M. That's spelled out in the proposal instead of hidden in an allowance.

Can you set up a recurring weekly clean?
Yes. Many GCs run a weekly sweep-out through framing and MEP, then switch to final clean scope.
Are you insured, and can you add us as additional insured?
Yes. NEAT Cleaning carries general liability and workers' compensation. We'll send a COI naming your company and the owner as additional insured when you request it.
Do you handle prevailing wage and certified payroll?
Yes. We bid prevailing-wage public work in Iowa and Illinois and can submit certified payroll on the schedule your contract requires.
