- Dust removal from all horizontal and vertical surfaces, top to bottom
- Interior glass, mirrors, frames, sills and tracks; exterior glass when scoped
- Sticker, label and light overspray removal from glass and fixtures
- Cabinets, casework, shelving and drawers cleaned inside and out
- Restroom fixtures, partitions and accessories cleaned and polished
- Light fixtures, diffusers, grilles and exposed ductwork when scoped
- Hard floors swept and scrubbed; carpet vacuumed
- Final walk with your superintendent and a written punch response
How NEAT runs it
We read the final-cleaning spec, room finish schedule and glazing plans before we price the job. That's how we catch things like stainless that needs a specific cleaner or a floor finish that can't be scrubbed.
Crews are local and sized to your window. A site lead stays on the job until the walk is done. Lift work, floor finish (strip and wax) and exterior glass are priced as separate line items so you can choose.
Return trips after other trades re-dirty a space are priced at a posted T&M rate. You'll know the rate before you sign.

Frequently asked questions
Does your final clean include windows?
Interior glass is included. Exterior glass is quoted as its own line because it often needs lifts or water-fed poles.
Can you work nights or weekends to hit a turnover date?
Yes. Tell us the date you need to hit and we'll staff a shift plan around it.
What happens if trades come back after the final clean?
We'll do a touch-up pass at the posted T&M or per-square-foot rate in our proposal.
Are you insured, and can you add us as additional insured?
Yes. NEAT Cleaning carries general liability and workers' compensation. We'll send a COI naming your company and the owner as additional insured when you request it.
Do you handle prevailing wage and certified payroll?
Yes. We bid prevailing-wage public work in Iowa and Illinois and can submit certified payroll on the schedule your contract requires.
