High Dusting & Lift Work
Exposed ceilings collect construction dust that eventually falls on new floors and equipment. NEAT Cleaning cleans structure, joists, ductwork, conduit and lights for construction closeouts and for plants getting ready for food-safety audits, across Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin.

Before: overhead pipes and lights at Mackay Mitchell Envelopes.
What's included
- Bar joists, deck, beams and exposed structure
- Ductwork, conduit, cable tray and sprinkler piping
- Light fixtures, diffusers and grilles

- Scissor lifts, boom lifts or extension poles, depending on height and access
- Floor protection and drop-cloth control below the work
How NEAT runs it
We plan high-dusting work from the ceiling height and the obstructions, then pick the right access: poles for open areas under about 20 feet, lifts for anything higher or crowded.
Lift equipment is priced as a separate line with rental, delivery and pickup. For food plants, we coordinate with your sanitation team so the work fits your audit window.
Where we work
Based in Davenport, with local crews across three states.
