Meet the Owners of NEAT Cleaning
NEAT Cleaning is owned and run by brothers Adam and Zachary Hendershott. Adam handles the bid and the contract. Zach runs the job in the field.
Adam Hendershott
Owner & Founder · Estimating and Contracts
Adam started NEAT in 2019 while investing in real estate full time. Cleaning for his own projects turned into cleaning for contractors, and the company grew into commercial and post-construction cleaning.
He reads the plans and specs and builds every NEAT bid line by line, so you can see what's included, what's excluded and what extra work costs.

Zachary Hendershott
Owner & Director of Project Management · Site Safety Lead
Zach runs NEAT's work in the field. Once a job is awarded, he's the one your superintendent works with from mobilization to the final walk.
He holds OSHA 30-Hour Construction training and leads site safety and crew productivity on NEAT jobs.
