Rock Island Arsenal, US Army Corps of Engineers
Project Type: Post Construction Cleaning
Building Size: 14,000 sqft
Russell was the General Contractor for a project where they remodelled Offices in the US Army Corps of Engineers building.
Our responsibility was to provide all necessary labor, equipment, chemicals, insurance to ensure the completion of various tasks such as dusting, sanitising, vacuuming, window cleaning, and some specialty cleaning.
With a crew of 4, we were able to clean all 14,000 square feet 3 days before the deadline.
Nate Selby, the project manager on site, was satisfied with our quality of work and our ability to adjust based on deadlines/client needs.
Galesburg High School, Galesburg Community School District
Project Type: Post Construction Cleaning
Building Size: 30,000 sqft
This project required final cleaning in the renovated auditorium, the updated choir and band rooms, and hallways.
The work took a total of 120 man hours, staffing anywhere from 2-5 cleaning techs at a time.
This was our first time working with an educational government entity, and we are excited for the next!
Steele Elementary, Galesburg Community School District
Project Type: Post Construction Cleaning
Building Size: 66,800 Square Feet
To meet deadline demands, we completed cleaning the Elementary School in the span of 2 days, with 5 crew members.
The areas included in our work was the renovated music room, gymnasium, and classrooms.
This was a successful project for us, and our second opportunity to work a government agency - Galesburg Community School District (CUSD #205).
Bright Futures Elementary, Galesburg Community School District
Project type: Post Construction Cleaning
Building Size: 47,000 sqft
We are glad to be working with Galesburg Community School District for the 3rd time on this project.
This project is currently underway, with roughly 50% of the job remaining due to ongoing construction.
For this project, we are tackling the whole building - classrooms, offices, restrooms, presentation room, recreational area, and all common areas.
More than 200 man hours will be invested in this project, which means we will leave no dust, dirt, or grime behind!
North Scott YMCA
Project type: Post Construction Cleaning
Building Size: 43,000 sqft
This post construction cleaning was done in October and November 2022. This project required interior and exterior window cleaning, high dusting, floor cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, bathroom cleaning, and much more.
At the end of the project, more than 250 man hours were invested in this project.
During this project, we used some of the industry's best ways to remove tough construction material off of ceramic tile and grout floors.
MidAmerican Energy, Local Service Center
Project type: Post Construction Cleaning
Building Size: 188,000 sqft
This post construction cleaning was done in October and November 2022. This project required interior and exterior window cleaning, high dusting, floor cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, bathroom cleaning, and much more.
At the end of the project, more than 250 man hours were invested in this project.
During this project, we used some of the industry's best ways to remove tough construction material off of ceramic tile and grout floors.
Project Type: Deep Clean, Janitorial, Floor Care
Building size: 180,000+ sqft
On a basis of 5 days per week, we provide janitorial services for over 30,000 square feet of offices, break rooms, and bathrooms - with 1 cleaning technician staffed full time, and staffed part time.
We have an on site manager that does daily inspections on the work. Upper management has communication with our onsite staff and Fedex office manager to make sure quality is maintained.
We started services by doing a one time deep clean, then transitioned to janitorial services.
Since we have started serving FedEx, we have also re-surfaced their floors, which were polished concrete.

On a basis of 1 day per week, we provide janitorial services for over 5,000 square feet of offices, break rooms, and bathrooms - with 1 cleaning technician staffed part time.
Since 2006, APS has been designing and manufacturing advanced mobile power systems, alternators, converters, regulators and power generators for armored, security, commercial, marine and purpose-built specialty vehicles like RVs and luxury motor coaches.
APS was the first participant in our supplies ordering program, which was implemented in December of 2023.
In the first week in 2024, we did the post construction cleaning for their new main office addition at their office in downtown Davenport.
