How NEAT runs it

We test-clean before scraping large areas of tempered or coated glass, because fabrication debris and coatings can scratch under a blade. If we see an existing defect, we'll photo-document it and send it to you before we work on that glass.

Lift rental is priced as its own line, with delivery and pickup, so you can see exactly what you're paying for access. Glass is priced per pane or per square foot, whichever matches your takeoff.

Frequently asked questions

Will a razor scraper scratch new glass?

It can on tempered glass with fabrication debris. We test first, use fresh blades with plenty of lubrication, and switch methods if the test shows a risk.

Do you clean exterior glass above the first floor?

Yes, with lifts or water-fed poles. We include the access plan in the bid.

Are you insured, and can you add us as additional insured?

Yes. NEAT Cleaning carries general liability and workers' compensation. We'll send a COI naming your company and the owner as additional insured when you request it.

Do you handle prevailing wage and certified payroll?

Yes. We bid prevailing-wage public work in Iowa and Illinois and can submit certified payroll on the schedule your contract requires.
