Division 10 Specialties Installation

Division 10 items tend to land at the end of the job, when every trade is stretched. NEAT Cleaning installs toilet partitions, restroom accessories, lockers, fire extinguisher cabinets, signage and corner guards on commercial projects in Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin. Because we're also the cleaning crew, the room is clean when we leave.

How NEAT runs it

We install from your approved submittals and the manufacturer's instructions, check blocking and mounting heights against the drawings and ADA requirements before we drill, and flag any conflicts in writing.

Pricing is per unit (per partition compartment, per accessory, per locker) so it lines up with your takeoff. Missing blocking or damaged product found on delivery gets a photo and a T&M path to fix it.
