Punchlist & Turnover Support
Closeout always takes more hands than the schedule allows. NEAT Cleaning adds a crew at the end of the job to work through cleaning items on the punch list, help with turnover prep and keep the building ready for walks.

How NEAT runs it
We only take on work that's ours to do: cleaning, protection removal, and minor non-trade items you list. Anything that belongs to a licensed trade stays with that trade.
Punchlist support is usually priced at a posted hourly rate per worker, with a minimum visit, so you only pay for the hours you use.
Where we work
Based in Davenport, with local crews across three states.
Frequently asked questions
What punch items will you take on?
Cleaning items, protection removal and non-trade tasks your superintendent lists. We don't do licensed-trade work.
How is punchlist support billed?
Usually at a posted hourly rate per worker, with a minimum. You'll see the rate in the proposal.
Are you insured, and can you add us as additional insured?
Yes. NEAT Cleaning carries general liability and workers' compensation. We'll send a COI naming your company and the owner as additional insured when you request it.
Do you handle prevailing wage and certified payroll?
Yes. We bid prevailing-wage public work in Iowa and Illinois and can submit certified payroll on the schedule your contract requires.
