Commercial Pressure Washing and Soft Washing

High pressure can damage EIFS, sealants and some masonry. NEAT Cleaning uses its own soft-wash equipment on building exteriors and saves pressure washing for hardscape that can take it.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?

Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution to remove dirt, algae and mildew from finishes. Pressure washing uses high pressure for concrete and other hard surfaces.

Can you wash above the first floor?

Yes. We use extension wands, water-fed poles or lifts depending on height and access.

Are you insured, and can you add us as additional insured?

Yes. NEAT Cleaning carries general liability and workers' compensation. We'll send a COI naming your company as additional insured when you ask.
