NEAT Cleaning takes on a small number of recurring janitorial accounts: large commercial and industrial buildings, and mid-size buildings that need service at least five times a week. Many are buildings we turned over during construction or facilities with inspection standards. Keeping the list short means every building gets a consistent crew and real supervision.

What's included
- Offices, common areas, restrooms and break rooms
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and trash removal on a written checklist
- Restroom sanitation with EPA-registered disinfectants
- After-hours or weekend schedules
- Periodic floor care, carpet extraction and glass on the same agreement
- Quality checks and a single point of contact
How NEAT runs it
We start with a walkthrough and a written scope that lists every task and how often it happens. Your monthly price comes from that scope, not a guess.
Because we only add accounts we can staff well, we'll tell you upfront if your building isn't a fit or if we don't have an opening yet.

We focus on large commercial, industrial, healthcare and education buildings. We also take mid-size buildings that need service at least five times a week. Small offices with weekly or every-other-week cleaning aren't a fit for us.

We keep a limited number of recurring accounts. Request a walkthrough and we'll tell you our current availability for your area and schedule.
How is it priced?
We walk the building, write a scope, and price each service as its own line, so you can add or drop items without re-bidding everything.
Are you insured, and can you add us as additional insured?
Yes. NEAT Cleaning carries general liability and workers' compensation. We'll send a COI naming your company as additional insured when you ask.
