Cleaning for Inspected and Regulated Facilities

Food plants, clinics, childcare centers, schools, government buildings, data centers and manufacturing plants all answer to an inspector or auditor. Before the first visit, NEAT Cleaning reads the standard you're held to and builds the scope, frequency and records around it.

How NEAT runs it

We start with your inspection standard, past findings and the areas that matter most to your auditor. Then we write a scope and schedule that hits those areas before the inspection, not after.

Work can be a one-time deep clean before an audit or a recurring program with documentation every visit.

Frequently asked questions

Do you replace our sanitation team?

Usually not. Most plants keep their own production sanitation crew and bring us in for overhead cleaning, deep cleaning and audit prep that their team doesn't have time for.

Can you work in secure or federal facilities?

Yes. We coordinate background checks, badging and escorts, and we've worked on federal and municipal sites.

Are you insured, and can you add us as additional insured?

Yes. NEAT Cleaning carries general liability and workers' compensation. We'll send a COI naming your company as additional insured when you ask.
