NEAT Cleaning receives, assembles and places commercial furniture and FF&E for offices, schools, healthcare and multifamily projects. We clean up and haul away the packaging, so the space is ready the day the owner moves in.

Do you work with furniture dealers?
Yes, as an install crew for dealers or directly for GCs and owners.
Do you remove the packaging?
Yes. Packaging removal and a final wipe-down are included.
Are you insured, and can you add us as additional insured?
Yes. NEAT Cleaning carries general liability and workers' compensation. We'll send a COI naming your company and the owner as additional insured when you request it.
Do you handle prevailing wage and certified payroll?
Yes. We bid prevailing-wage public work in Iowa and Illinois and can submit certified payroll on the schedule your contract requires.
