Commercial Floor Care: Strip, Wax, Scrub and Burnish

New floors are expensive, and the wrong product or pad can void a warranty. NEAT Cleaning builds floor care around the floor type and the manufacturer's maintenance instructions, from the first coat of finish after construction to scheduled strip-and-wax cycles.

How NEAT runs it

We confirm the floor type and maintenance specs before we pick chemicals and pads. Long corridors and open areas get ride-on or walk-behind scrubbers; tight rooms get swing machines and wet vacs.

Floor work is priced by area and can be one-time or on a schedule, such as a summer strip-and-wax for schools.

Frequently asked questions

Can you do the initial floor finish after construction?

Yes. We often apply the first finish coats as part of the final clean, then keep the floors on a maintenance program.

Do you work nights and weekends?

Yes. Most floor work happens when the building is closed so floors can cure.

How is it priced?

We walk the building, write a scope, and price each service as its own line, so you can add or drop items without re-bidding everything.

Are you insured, and can you add us as additional insured?

Yes. NEAT Cleaning carries general liability and workers' compensation. We'll send a COI naming your company as additional insured when you ask.

Ready to bid your next project?

Send plans and specs for a line-item bid, or get NEAT Cleaning on your approved-vendor list before the next one comes out.
