The scope
- Back-of-house tile and public restroom floors
- Low-moisture cleaning of the wood-block event floor (no sanding or refinishing)
- Front-of-house floors
- Pole high dusting of the exposed 15 to 17 ft ceiling, no lift needed
- A two-day plan: front of house first, then back of house
