The challenge
Fox Hills is a multi-building community. Buildings are occupied in phases, so cleaning had to start with the occupied buildings and add the rest at the same per-building structure. The exterior scope covered seven apartment buildings plus a community building.
The scope
- Construction cleaning for Eagle Design Build
- Recurring janitorial for the clubhouse and building common areas, starting with the occupied buildings
- Exterior wash of about 123,000 sq ft of wall area and about 36,000 sq ft of concrete flatwork
- Exterior wash run with the window-cleaning mobilization and a shared boom lift
