The challenge
A new food plant has to be clean to a standard that holds up to food-safety audits, not just a typical move-in clean. Dust left on high structure over production areas is a real problem.
The scope
- Construction cleaning of production, support and office areas
- High dusting of structure and overhead surfaces
- Work planned around the plant's sanitation and hygiene rules
- About 80% of the work self-performed by NEAT crews
