A foundry doesn't stop running for the cleaning crew. The work had to happen around active production, heavy industrial dust and high exposed structure, under the plant's safety rules.
The scope
- Final construction cleaning of the new and renovated areas
- High dusting of exposed structure, ductwork and fixtures
- Coordination with plant safety requirements and production schedules
- About 80% of the work self-performed by NEAT crews
The result
NEAT completed the project in April 2026. It's now one of the references we give GCs for industrial work.
